2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. The Service is intended for business and professional use; you must be legally able to enter into these terms.
3. The Service
Guestlst helps customers manage events, guest lists, registrations, tickets, reservations and communications. Features may vary by plan and may be updated, replaced or discontinued as the Service evolves. We will use reasonable care to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
4. Plans, fees and payment
Plan prices, included features and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in your order. Fees are due in advance unless agreed otherwise. Taxes, payment-provider fees and transaction fees may apply where stated. Recurring subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider.
You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation does not normally refund fees already paid for the current billing period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Customer content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of data, text, images, guest details and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Amuveo the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit Customer Content to provide the Service.
You must have all permissions and legal bases required to upload and use Customer Content, contact guests, sell tickets and run your events. You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, send unlawful unsolicited messages, or attempt to compromise the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may connect with payment processors, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, calendar or wallet providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. Amuveo is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
7. Intellectual property
Amuveo and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, trademarks and documentation, excluding Customer Content. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, we may delete account data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Amuveo excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury.
10. Changes and governing law
